Have you ever noticed that in the storage area of you house that you have things in there that you haven’t use or plan to ever use again? Sell them. That’s right, why should you hold on to things that will most likely never be used again by you or any family member again. Open an E-Bay account and you could simple list the things on their site.

If you want you can go ahead and list your items on a local area site that doesn’t charge to list because they make their money from advertisers. You can list the items and leave your phone number to have them call you .

If you have bigger items you may want to think about your local flea market. The reason I say flea market is if you go ahead and have a yard sale and sell something to someone that has decided he/she didn’t like the deal that they made with you, they’ll know where you live. I don’t know about you, but I only sell items that I know that work or are in good condition, but there are people who get what I would call “buyer’s remorse” and realize that they really didn’t need the item or they just changed their mind. Believe me, I’ve heard of some of these types of stories.
